Great people, friendly and professional, excellent treatment. They got me into the office and seen by a provider quickly, took care of me well and helped me with a smile and respect. It's rare to find any doctor's office that is Friendly, Fast and Professional. I highly recommend Vitale ENT!
Most doctor offices typically offer a grace period... not this office. 7 mins late and had to reschedule. My daughter would have been a new patient. I attempted to fill out the new patient forms prior to the visit but I could not proceed since the office entered her date of birth incorrectly and that was part of the verification. I tried to contact the office to let them know this info was incorrect however no one answered. So since the forms were not completed in advance and I was 7 mins late... I had to reschedule. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect going into my visit today, and I anticipated that the procedure with Dr. Derbyshire would be difficult due to discomfort. While it wasn’t without some difficulty, it turned out to be much easier than I had imagined. I also want to mention that everyone in the office was pleasant and professional, which made the overall experience even better.
