I scheduled this appointment online specifically because I have difficulty with phone communication and wanted to ensure my concerns were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the visit felt disorganized from the start, and I was told there were issues with how the appointment had been scheduled. Horrible!! If I could leave 0 I would. The people are nice but thats not what I was there for. I have a broken nose due to a car accident, quickest they could book me was 6/8 which was a month after it occurred. Theu failed to tell me insurance will not longer cover procedure and that they can't even perform it because of the timeframe, which would've given me a chance to call around and find someone else.
