I am amazed by the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A huge thank you to Dr. Joseph Derbyshire and his entire team at the Vitale ENT in Wesley Chapel. I 100% recommend this place! Excellent across the board. Very easy to schedule an appointment online without any issues. Professional office and staff. Very pleased with the entire experience.
Just got surgery yesterday, thank you Dr Derbyshire! I could not of asked for a better hospital staff and ent doctor! The best team! Even with the swelling I can see my nose looks almost completely back to normal before the fracture. Astonishingly good work, (seriously I am shocked) and kind staff. This being the second ent I saw, this place is so much better. I highly recommend.
The hearing test went fine however when ready to order the hearing aides, called in and waited 2-3 days for a call back. When they called me, the missed calls were again put on 2-3 day turn around. They really need to be more responsive or hire more people to answer the phone. Very disappointed with they call when convenient and not for patient. I went to an independent audiologist with personable patient 1st attitude with needed availability for my personal hearing needs.
