Overcharged - I pay out of pocket, was charged at time of consultation. Later was sent a bill stating I owed more because the first charge was an “estimate”. I informed billing department I was never informed this by the staff, they proceeded to tell me they had this in writing. *Im sure everyone loves being strong armed by paperwork without verbal communication*
The 2 front desk ladies were the best. They exemplify true health care service! Thanks to the office for making my first visit pleasant for my son and myself.
