Better than the best. Steve is top notch and cares about your loved one (motorcycle). He knows his stuff and has the tools and machines to prove it. Ive been in the car and motorcycle business for nearly 3 decades and will have my motorcycle worked on by no one else. Having had only 1 Harley in my lifetime, I dont feel the least bit apprehensive to taking it in to Steve for work. He has a good eye to what works and looks the best on your machine. Scary, best word to discribe the feeling you get from dealing with Steve. I would pay more money to go elsewhere than have to be put through that again. Very unperfessional, not able to hold a due date and unwilling to call back to let the customer know what is happening with their order. I feel dumber for having to deal with Vitale Developement.
