I saw Rob pick his nose and lick his fingers. He never washed his hands afterwards and he has anger issues. He got very upset when I had to run to my car to get my ID while checking in.
I have had several infusions here and have never had a negative experience- this place communicates well, actually calls you back when they say they will and does whatever they can to help you have a positive experience. Rob, the nurse is very kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about each patient as an individual. Nice people, usually I show up early for an infusion but they start it right away.
I just want to say, Nurse Rob is a wonderful human! He provided excellent care for me at home this past week. Having an IV is never fun, but Rob made sure I was comfortable. The world needs more kind people like nurse Rob! Vitalcare of Lansing is wonderful.
