this is like a factory a step above an urgent care, the visits are not very personable and patients are treated like customers not patients, I would look for better care it's hard to find quality care but if you must use this as a pit stop maybe a physical or quick visit but keep looking

Sharing in hopes to help others: Please be aware that during an annual visit, if asked how you are or if there are concerns, and you answer the question, you will then be billed for an office visit, requiring payment and copay. The office made it clear that it was my fault because they sent a form about annual vs routine visits 2 days prior to showing up. I have been receiving my medical care and that of my children for over 3 years at the VitalCare West End location. From the start, the practice shows a level of professionalism that is unrivaled from past private practices that our family has experienced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. I DROVE 30MINS AWAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 8:00am ARRIVED AT 8:10M DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT ON I95 AND WAS TOLD I COULDNT BE SEEM. I HAVE CHRONIC BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS AND IF I DIE ITS ON THEM!!!!
