I waited 4 weeks for the new patient appointment and just like the other reviews have said they cancelled after going through all the paperwork and waiting for weeks. Called me at 7:05 am to cancel for a 9:30am appointment. A waste of time.
I am unsure how this practice has a 4.7 rating, my experience has been below a 1 star. After reading other reviews, you have done this exact same thing to many other people. I waited 2 months for a first time patient appointment and they cancelled on me less than 24 hour prior. I agreed to reschedule thinking that another doctor could cover, or another location, unfortunately due to "being a new patient" we are pushed another 2 - 3 months for an appointment!! This was my first visit as a new patient. I haven't had health insurance for a year so I had a lot of issues that I need to discuss with my doctor. My nurse practitioners name was Marianna Nutting. She was very sweet and assured me the everything would be taken care of. By the time I left that day she had giving me 2 referrals sent 2 prescriptions in AND completed my FMLA paperwork all in one visit. I was so satisfied with service and level of professionalism. Very professional and efficient front desk. Doctor was very easy to talk to. We agreed on next steps, etc. Really felt seen and heard.
