This was my first visit as a new patient. I haven't had health insurance for a year so I had a lot of issues that I need to discuss with my doctor. My nurse practitioners name was Marianna Nutting. She was very sweet and assured me the everything would be taken care of. By the time I left that day she had giving me 2 referrals sent 2 prescriptions in AND completed my FMLA paperwork all in one visit. I was so satisfied with service and level of professionalism. Very professional and efficient front desk. Doctor was very easy to talk to. We agreed on next steps, etc. Really felt seen and heard.

I've heard great things about this practice; however, I did not have a good experience trying to be seen. I scheduled a visit for last month that they ended up rescheduling since I was a new patient and could not be seen because of it. I understood and politely accepted the reschedule. However, one more time, they needed to reschedule my appointment just two days before being seen since, once again, I was a new patient!
