Very clean. The staff were sweethearts, and my physician was very attentive and made me feel like I was valued and cared for. Also, all of these basic things are in the building; labs, doctor, derm, cardio. It's great having all of this so close to one another. Would definitely recommend.
But I would just like to know what the point of having a primary care physician is, if you cannot even schedule a sick appointment? How can all doctors be booked and no appointments available until after June. I only see you for a well visit once a year and go to urgent care for something a pcp can do as well. Total waste of time to even have a pcp. I also get a new pcp each year, so that's frustrating as well. Great practice!
Fast friendly and very efficient also kind.
It has become very difficult to make appointments in a timely manner, and the service has gone downhill recently. They even close at Noon on Fridays. I have decided they either have too many patients they are trying to handle and/or not enough providers. Either way I am going to find another place for my medical care.
My doctor and the nurse is well were very attentive, very considerate and everything that I had to mention about health related issues they let me know. They were listening by giving me intelligible responses and not just Talking at me. I would absolutely refer not just my doctor, but the practice has a hole from the intake administrator all the way through the process
