Established patient. Called for sick visit. They couldn't see me until middle of December. Today is October 30. Offered next day appt at a different location an hour away. So if your an established pt here and are sick you need to go to an urgent care facility or an ER. Totally worthless!
Tried to schedule an appointment for the Chesterfield location for a sick visit. Operator said no availability over the next two days other than the Prince George location. Guess its off to urgent care.
Dr. Gill is so wonderful to work with! After having kids I had put on some weight, but thought “that’s just what happens.” She was so empathetic as I talked about my stressors and why I wasn’t making the choices I knew I should be making with food. In less than a year she helped me go from in the low level of obesity for my body type, to back in the ideal healthy range and helped change my relationship with food.
Quick check in. Everyone was friendly. Staff really listened and had great suggestions to meet various needs.
