Love this practice! Very quick and convenient appointments when needed. I see Caitlin Beaman, who is very thorough and takes time to listen to my concerns. Love that they have different doctor specialties on site as well as same day labs for your medical needs. Clean environment, friendly and personable staff! Best office I've been to thus far!!
My experience at the Chesterfield location was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for February 27, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. While on my way, I encountered a minor car accident that caused traffic delays. I immediately called the office to inform them that I would be running a little late, but because the office does not have a direct line, I was routed to a call center instead. If you value your time, health, and money, avoid booking an appointment with Annette Plato. Worst experience ever. I will never come back to this practice.
I arrived on time for my appointment and waited in the room for the PA for an hour just to hear that PA is unsure how to read my MRI results. On another day, I was 10 minutes late and was denied seeing the PA due to no grace period. Update as a reply to comment (1/23/25) I doubt that you prioritize patients’ experience. Someone mentioned a similar situation of not being allowed to be seen by medical staff before.
