Receptionist was great welcome and help full. I’m old patient 3y. I have appointments every 6 month follow up but every time before next appointment my provider always change. I don’t mine Today I’m try to take a blood test a week test before my next appointment like we normally do with providers but they reject and look like they don’t know my information and purpose with my blood test because new providers need see first I’m really disappointed and waste my waiting time I do fasting 10h and wait 1h to get in lab

Edited Review: I reviewed Vital Care recently and outlined some of the more frustrating parts about my experience with this practice. To be clear the care has always been outstanding but at times the communication was difficult and frustrating. My first experiences with Vital Care were outstanding, my original PCP was great but sadly he left after my first follow up visit. Luckily my first PCP was able to inform me of his departure during that appointment, but when I had to refill a prescription the next month I had to call and ask who my new provider was as no one had reached out to help me understand the transition. I was involved in an auto accident and was able to schedule a follow-up appointment promptly, which I appreciated. I also wanted to discuss a recent medical condition I had been diagnosed with. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically asked whether I needed a separate visit for that concern and was told that it could be addressed during the same appointment.
