I've always had an ok experience with this doctor's office until this morning. I had the rudist doctor/nurse practitioner whatever she was. I about got up off the table and walked out right there. (My appointment was 8:40 on 6/17/25 if any corporate types would like to fire her as she deserves) I cannot believe a practice would employ such a rude person. This place is an exceptional choice for finding a family medicine practitioner. Scheduling appointments is easy, and wait times are reasonable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, while the medical assistants and nurses are caring and compassionate. The providers I have seen here have delivered superior care compared to my previous experiences, recommending treatments that my former providers did not, which has notably improved my quality of life. Nice office & friendly staff, but I waited over 1.5 Hours for basic labs. You can’t make an appointment for labs & when I asked the front desk they said it was an ‘extra busy day’. I just wish they had some way of communicating the wait time. After checkin, a quick 10 minute routine appointment & the wait for labs, my entire office visit was almost 2.5 hours.
My name is Suzanne and I was seen on 10/15/2024 with stomach pain and diarehhea, did lab work was sent home. 11/5/2024 my labs were normal but I had a UTI which I knew and was refused to pee in a cup without an order. I finally was allowed to and tested positive with a raging UTI! However Camille left out the detail I tested positive for ECOLI a nd I was sent home on antibiotics. I am very pleased with Vital Care. The staff is very friendly. Getting an appointment is easy, and communication is good. Dr. Harris Raza is wonderful. However, he is leaving the practice. I am looking forward to establishing with a new doctor. I hope all of the doctors are as good as he was. 6/25/25…Leila Rissick took over my care after Dr. Raza left. She is amazing. She listened, and took the time with me. Never felt rushed. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Another great reason to continue my care with this practice.
