The staff is awesome and kind. I was in & out in no-time for my Whole Blood donation. The ONLY BIG ISSUE is with locating the center for first-time visitors - Vitalant is not even listed on any of the 2-3 Big Boards that Edgetowne Square has up all over the complex. Worse, if you're traveling in the evening, the tiny board on top of the entrance does not even light up! I circled this building twice, trying to find their Suite # or something. I just gave blood for the first time in my life. This location is stellar! It was an outstanding peaceful experience, thank you for your kindness and concern as I was a bit nervous. The two women who work in this facility are perfectly lovely. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I know one of the women's name is Angela and I apologize I did not get the other woman's name. Both wonderful. I will be donating on a regular basis.

Vitalant is awesome. Angela is great. The staff is always kind. Recently, I got stuck at work and was late for my appointment and they still accepted me after I was over 30 minutes late.
