Jason, our oxygen therapist is wonderful...really knows his stuff, explains everything in terms we can understand and takes very good care of us
Services are very good.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would have. Impossible to get to talk to someone in the Langley location. I’ve been trying all morning and no one picks up the phone. The call centre is no help as all they do is transfer me to the oxygen dept. I’ve been on hold for an hour there. Very poor service.
i had asked to have a technician to come out to the house on friday at 11:15am and i’m still waiting for service to have the oxygen equipment looked at for my elderly grandma… it’s now saturday at 9:45am the next day she still has had no technical support to help her with the oxygen tank. after taking with 5 different people over the phone. i said i was extremely upset having to miss work and i’m still waiting. and i was going to file a complaint. the employee Deesh said to me that i’m wasting her time and that she didn’t ne... read more
