This branch called me numerous times to schedule an appointment. I told them on the phone that I don't have extended health benefits that cover CPAP anymore, and they told me it was still important to come in to make sure my machine was working properly. I booked an appointment and went in, only to be asked why I was there if I didn't have health benefits (I assume because they want to sell new machines). How this is Canada's leading anything is beyond me. As a prospective client I have spent over an hour and a half trying to talk to someone in the Burnaby BC branch. I've called the Vancouver branch simply to be put in a loop of automated messages for over 10 minutes only to finally be transferred to the head office where my call was disconnected. I finally called the head office directly where I was put on hold after having listened to their automated messages and having been put on automatic hold there as well. This is what... read more
