Even when extremely busy with the ever growing senior population, Carol-Ann finds time to explain or comfort…and always with a beaming smile. Been calling since January, following up once a month.We are now June. Since last week of May I've called 4 times. Told I'd be getting a call back on following day. When I called back told the Monday. Week goes by, I call told by end of day. I have been called by other city's office. But nothing from New Liskeard.
