Customers are given these expensive machines (that affect health in a serious way) yet nothing in writing is provided to them for assistance. No manual, no trouble shooting guide, nothing. You meet initially in an office and are expected to remember every detail from one conversation with how it all works and what you're supposed to do. There are products that are significantly smaller & simpler than these things that a 10+ page manual is included. Once you pay for the machine and they have your money, service is terrible. Can never get anyone by phone. I send an email and it's only partially answered. I've only been dealing with them since March. I live 2 hours away and have to pay to go to appointments. I had a faulty mask and they want to charge me for a taxi to send it out or wait a week or longer to get it shipped through canada post. Where to start, I realize that not every one gets the horrible service that I received. I have recorded each interaction(or non interaction) with this company. I was referred to them for CPAP therapy and once I was set up, it was days and weeks of calling and leaving messages with NO reply, and emailing with no replies.
