Once you pay for the machine and they have your money, service is terrible. Can never get anyone by phone. I send an email and it's only partially answered. I've only been dealing with them since March. I live 2 hours away and have to pay to go to appointments. I had a faulty mask and they want to charge me for a taxi to send it out or wait a week or longer to get it shipped through canada post. Where to start, I realize that not every one gets the horrible service that I received. I have recorded each interaction(or non interaction) with this company. I was referred to them for CPAP therapy and once I was set up, it was days and weeks of calling and leaving messages with NO reply, and emailing with no replies.
