I have been using Vitalaire for 8 months now and my experiences have all been excellent. Crystal is my husband’s RT. She is amazing. She is excellent at her job and is very compassionate. She explains things to us so that we understand and know exactly what to do. She makes sure we know there is help 24/7 if needed. She even contacted us one time when there was a storm to make sure we still had power! We are very happy with the service we receive from VitalAire in Orillia.
