I began dealing with this office a few months ago and am completely impressed with the staff from my first contact. Everyone has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My main contact was with Maxwell whose kindness and efficiency impressed upon me the importance of using my CPAP as without it I was stopping breathing approximately 63 times per hour. The email given in response to my review does not work. Can Vitalaire send a valid email for the Nova Scotia region.
Not happy with the follow up care. Phone appointments are always late leaving me waiting around and several phone appointments that were made were ignored. Never received a call at all. Another time we were Told to call back with info and we did within 10 minutes and he had left for lunch. Said he’d call back when he was in office that afternoon and nothing. I'm extremely disappointed with Vital Aire Sydney. No one ever answers the phone. Constantly closed at random hours. I don't recommend this place for your sleep aid needs. Go somewhere else. I wish I would've known they are like this before utilizing their services. Edit: Nov 16th 2023 - I thought going in and maybe there would be a misunderstanding as to what happened.
