Sandra has been incredible on this journey of learning about how to use a CPAP to get the most effective treatment. From the first day that I went into the store to purchase the machine she has been absolutely informative and helpful with any questions that I have. I also feel comfortable just calling her or stopping in and she’s always receptive and willing to help.! My experience with the Port Hope store and Sandra has been great!! The storm recently hit hard in certain areas of town and with being without power even more so. So thankful for Carol and all that she did to make sure my dad had the oxygen he needed. Words can not express my gratitude for her brining him the tanks he needed, assisted me by carrying them up the stair and her professionalism. You truly set my mind at ease and I am forever grateful! Thank you for everything you did and continue to do.
Sandra is fantastic, makes me feel comfortable and cared for! Feels like visiting an old friend! Answered all my questions with kindness , couldn't ask for better quality care. I wanted to come back and add to this review I wasn't sure how to connect my new mask , I called and within 5 minutes she had my mask connected for me via phone ♡ she is so kind and calm and helpful not to mention very intelligent!!

Sandra is extremely knowledgeable and has vast experience within the field. Sandra has always provided high end service with kindness and a sense of humour.
