Karishma and May were extremely helpful with our CPAP purchases for my husband (new machine, mask, etc.,) and myself (mask). I had spoken with Karishma via phone in mid January and then we communicated via email. I never waited more than a few hours to receive a response from her, unlike our Insurance which took almost two weeks! Going to this Vital Aire location was pleasant and pretty cool! At first I didn’t expect the location to look as big as it did, so I was pretty surprised! The staff was amazing and walked me through the whole process of getting a new machine as well! Overall my experience was nice and I’d definitely come back! Ayeee
