I am currently a customer and have been for about 13 years. I will not longer be a future customer. I bought a mask, hose and filters on my last visit. They gave me the wrong one and I only noticed when I arrived home. So after looking at my bill and out of curiosity I decided to check the prices and availability of my items on-line. My benefits were do to expire and Stephanie adjusted her busy schedule so I was able to purchase a new CPAP Machine on time. I did the sleep test and found out I had sleep apnea through Vital Aire Moncton. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. They have each client's best interest at hand. Whatever help or issues you are having with the process they are there to help. I highly recommend anyone to them, 10 out of 10 in my books. You won't regret a thing working with them.

My first experience at another local establishment that specializes in sleep apnea wasn't pleasant and memorable at all. I was disappointed in the service that I received as they were more concerned in selling me a sleep apnea machine instead of listening to me, educating me and helping me to address my severe sleep apnea issues.
