I'll be switching companies. I have a Philips respironics machine. A call back. I've got the call back. To replace my machine. And I got dismissive. Because my machines are rental. Nothing will be done. No exchange. Nothing I've talked to a friend that actually suggested this company to me. And they treat her good but I'm dismissed. She told me every 3 years her machine is replaced. I've had the same machine since 2016. It's starting to wear out. I was assisted by Stephanie and I was very impressed with her service and also for the multiple follow-ups she did with me. She was also very patient with me due to the fact I had to try multiple masks until we found the right one. I highly recommend them. They are the best I have had compared to other sleep apnea businesses in the city.
