I received my first CPAP machine Friday. It was a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Murakeen was great to deal with. She took her time in detail explaining the price and operation of the different CPAP models they offer and answered in detail any questions i had. I would definitely recommend this company, great service!

It was not my first visit in Upper Ottawa Vital Air office and not my first contact with Ralph. So, I was not surprised that everything was ready, prepared and on time. I get clear directions about using new machine, and new type of mask, initial settings on the CPAP and, also, detailed financial information. And, may be even more important, the same day later I received e-mail with offer of help with the process of adopting to the new system and pdf version of invoice - very handy in submitting my insurance claim. Received my new sleep apnea machine today. The service from Murakeen was excellent! She took the time to answer all of my questions and show me every detail of my new Resmed product. I will definitely continue to visit Vitalaire for my parts and service. Thank-you again for the wonderful service!
