Ginessy helped me with the purchase of a new cpap unit. The whole process from the quote prepared by Yashika, to my actual appointment for the product demo, equipment set up and the document preparation was handled with great care and attention to detail. Elsa greeted me with a big smile, the whole team were very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with.

ERWIN was here today servicing my oxygen machines. ERWIN always has a big smile & a willingness to to meet customers oxygen needs. He was pleasant and efficient and a wonderful Vital employee to represent VitalAire.

I’ve been going to VitalAire Mississauga for over eight years. On April 9, 2025, I went in to have my CPAP machine checked and to obtain a report requested by my respirologist. The new receptionist was very courteous, and the CPAP specialist, Gin, was incredibly helpful. A couple of days later, my respirologist faxed a request to VitalAire to adjust the pressure on my CPAP. Just a few hours after that, I received a call from Gin confirming that he had received the request and would be updating the pressure remotely. Amazing ... read more

In the past, they kept me waiting in the front lobby for no apparent reason, it dint make sense to me since I was the only patient at the time, however this last visit they were very helpful. However, their prices are higher on APAP accessories than the market. Their Lumin UV sterilizer machine is sold for $279 in Canadiancpapsupply.com and $295 in Cipapmachines canada, and Vital Air sold it to me for $355, I will definitely shop around next time.
