I have been their customer for more than 12 years and they have always provided me with excellent service. During my recent visit Elsa was super helpful and provided all necessary information and tips about my new machine and it's features.. Only one suggestion to the Chiefs, please waive the admin fee of $125 as insurance does not pay for it and it's hard on customers during such trying times.

We went for appointment with Elsa for cpp machine and we have delayed response from our insurance but Elsa is very patient and co operative she try her level best and give us machine and explain all process very nicely I really appreciate the great service Thanks Elsa and team !!!

Both my husband and I have sleep apnea and cpap machines. We have been coming to VitalAire for at least ten years and every time we see Elsa. She is professional, kind, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with every time. Thank you Elsa, you represent VitalAire well and we are grateful for your service and care.

I came here expecting a straightforward process to get a CPAP machine, mask, and hose, but instead I was told I must pay over $400 for a “customer care package.” This makes absolutely no sense. I now live in St. Catharines, so there’s no way I’m paying that much for services and supplies I may never even use.
