We have been to VitalAire a few times for both my husband and myself. The location is convenient with lots of parking. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Elsa was our consultant and she was amazing each time we went to VitalAire!!
I have been dealing with VITALAIR since August 2016. Elsa was my Cpap adviser and she helped me in picking up the right equipment and face masks. Was happy with that selection. She again helped me during the equipment recall and getting the new one replaced. Ginnesy was there for me to set up the new Dreamstation and connecting to the app. Ginnesy now is a great help in transferring my data to my doctor on a regular basis. Both are great help on continuous basis. Thanks Elsa and Ginnesy.
I have been going there since 2016 and the service is excellent. Since last five years I drive almost an hour just to go to this location. The lady Elsa is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.
