I had some questions regarding my equipment. I was immediately welcomed by an individual when I entered. I was able to meet with Ron. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Ron didn't mind my 'silly' questions because it means I now have a better understanding of my equipment and how to get the most out of it. It was a great experience. Thanks so much Ron! I will be back!
this place charges $399 for a consultation. Luckily I called around and found that most places charge $125. If you are not covered fully I suggest anywhere but here
Paid 138.50 for machine 102.99 for a heated hose and 249 care plan because the government cut the machine cost. The staff was vary nice though. Just seems like more should be covered
THE most expensive CPAP place in the city. They don’t care if you’re paying out of pocket or insurance, service fee remains. Was warned against using them by the medical staff treating me. Went to another place, OVER $300 CHEAPER than vitalaire. Find another place that doesn’t overcharge you. Theres plenty in windsor.
My cpap machine was stolen while I was traveling. I called VitalAire and they set me up with a rental as soon as I got home! Thank god, I had four nights without a cpap machine… now I can sleep!! They’re literally lifesavers. Thank you
