Gurraj was very helpful in explaining the features of the new machine. Delivery was very fast & set up was well explained. I am very pleased with the service at the Kelowna location. I am wheelchair bound so doing it all electronically was very convenient. Excellent service, thank you.

I have been on CPAC for many years (since 2010) and was with a different company in Kelowna,. They never followed up with me after I bought the machine not even to check up. I didnt even know there were so many new choices for masks and machines until I went to Vital aire. The girls there were very patient and helpful. They fixed my prescription because I felt the air was too low and after that i was sleeping much better! I have been using a CPAP machine for several years and the VitalAire Kelowna office has provided support during this time. They have consistently been customer oriented, understood my needs when I first started and took the time to explain different options to me, are proactive in doing periodic checkups and making suggestions to ensure my CPAP experience is working to my satisfaction. Raj and her fellow team members over the years have been exceptional and are the reason I don't hesitate to call or use the local office.
