I was in a bind. I traveled to Richmond, BC from the states to attend a tournament for my daughter. While I was unpacking, I noticed I left the power supply for my Resmed S9 CPAP (an older model not in great use anymore) at home. I found Vital Aire supply online and, hoping for the best, I stopped by to see if there was any hope. I explained the situation to Cherry; she found a spare power supply in less than 10 minutes and gave it to me free of charge. Thank you Cherry! You saved me from a very rough 4 nights.
I am a CPAP user for > 10 years with the same local CPAP provider until I switched to Vital Aire in January/25. Cherry was very competent and helpful. Changing companies has proven to be a good decision.

On a Tuesday, we left our phone number with someone in Alberta to have a Vancouver office contact us regarding a rental oxygen concentrator. Never received a return call so called back the next Monday and they passed me thru to the Vancouver office. I waited on hold for 32 minutes and finally hung up.
