5 stars is not enough! Lanie and Jasmeen are THE BEST! I am a new client and am blown away by the EXCELLENT customer service and their expertise! They have exceeded my expectations - I highly recommend Vitalaire Abbotsford!

I just received my new CPAP. I have gone to this clinic for all my CPAP sleep needs since i was diagnosed years ago. I initially and continualy go here due to their professionalism and their sincere desire to help. Starting with Lanie, (and the therapists) When my last machine exceeded it's motor life, I called Lanie, she immediately contacted my Dr. for an updated Rx, then sent my extended health provider their paper work. All this with my one phone call...Lanie is a 'superstar' I highly recommended VitalAire Abbotsford!!
The need to fix my snoring and breathing when sleeping was something my Dr. said had to happen. He suggested Vital Air and I have been cared for and guided along by Jasmine with the mask choices etc and followups. Lanie has been on top of the the appointments and paperwork involved. Very nice to deal with both of them. You'll be well cared for by them. Products may be available from different suppliers but service is what makes the difference with these people. Five Stars.
My wife and I have been using CPAPs from VitalAire ( previously SleepTech locally) for many years.We've always been more than satisfied. Lanie and Jasmine, both of whom we've dealt with on several occasions, are absolutely great: friendly, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly professional. We'd recommend VitalAire uinconditionally.
