I have been seeing Nancy for over 10 years, I have gotten 3 cpap’s over the years. She's always provided a service up and beyond what is expected., her knowledge and communication and friendliness, I feel are her strongest values. She explains everything that it easy to understand and not overwhelming. If you have questions she’s very responsive. VitalAire Healthcare has a more personal touch when dealing with patients. Nancy Jang made me feel at ease and comfortable for my cpap treatment. She is also very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining the proper use in detail.
Nancy and the front desk staff are professional, friendly and very quick to respond to your queries.
A few months ago, my husband visited this place for help with his sleep apnea. It’s a bit of a late review, but thanks to Nancy’s attentive care, he now has a great machine and everything has been improving. My husband could’ve easily won first place in a world snoring championship, but these days, I sleep in such a peaceful, quiet environment.
