Came to vancouver from Australia, forgot my cpap machine. Nancy and Tracy from the Richmond store, answered my call and had me all sorted for a hire unit for two weeks within the hour. Just went onsite, they set it all up and was very happy. Great, prompt and professional service, thanks guys
I have an extremely positive experience working with Nancy to get the appropriate CPAP machine after my sleep apnea diagnosis. Nancy is very knowledgeable about the various different equipments and helps me find the best machine suited to my use. She takes the time to help me from the initial test to getting the best fit.
