I was referred to Vital Aire after the diagnosis of sleep apnea. Chelsea Mardon, technician at Vital Aire, was an incredible help through out instructing me on how to use the machine, right down to paperwork. I have a phobia of masks on my face and because of sticking to it, I have had incredible success with use of this machine, I now have my own after the trial use and it is totally worth it, thank you Chelsea!
As someone who was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, I knew nothing about what that meant, let alone CPAP machines, masks or anything else. Theresa did an amazing job assisting me with explaining to me what all the numbers on the chart represent and the health risks associated with them. I move around a lot in my sleep , switching between side and back sleeping and mainly breath through my mouth so I wasn’t the easiest patient when it came to picking a mask for.
