worst staff at a clinic I have EVER encountered, very ignorant.
Not impressed by their service. Their products are to be honest, extremely overpriced, service can be better (dont respond to messages/emails if they know they’re not gonna be able to sell you their overpriced items) and the impression i got was that they are more of a sales center than a health care provider. I'm dissatisfied with dealing with this service as I called and never get through and left messages no returns. And I'm dealing with an issue since last year . Never contact me to let me know that the Dr didn't sign the form witch I contacted Dr and was told that they did sign a form but they said was not what they wanted so 2.5 months I ask the doc that to send another one to them and vital Air still have not contacted me . I phoned and phoned last week left a message and again today . Not impress.
My partner’s insurance changed and he needs a copy of his prescription for his new policy provider. His sleep study was done by vital aire. No one answers the phone ever at this location. We’ve left voicemails with no response. Is this business still open??? If so, how do we transfer his records elsewhere ??? So unprofessional especially for a health service.
