I have nothing but good things to say about the Vital Aire team in Nanaimo. I was recently fitted with a CPAP machine for a 30-day trial and Jenna and the rest of the team were incredibly observant, communicative, and supportive throughout my entire trial period. From my home sleep tests to my CPAP trial, to now owning my own CPAP device, I have felt supported every step of the way to feeling healthier, more rested, and having a higher quality of life.

Polite, curtious and knowledgeable. I stopped going to a professional service and did the Internet thing. Unfortunately that way there is no followup or advice. Over 10 years I developed a number of bad habits that we're reducing the effectiveness of the treatment. I went back to Vital Air and have been reassessed, adjustments to the machine and a new mask style. My numbers are good my sleep is restful. Apnea is not a treat and forget. Had an Dr. referral to this location. I didn’t hear for over a week so I called them, I was told to wait for a call as no appointments until get called. Another 2 weeks later received a call basically available anytime the following week?? The initial test equipment was handed out with a brief description of how to use and return following morning.
