I to vitalair on pembina hwy and was treated horrible. I needed a new mask so I brought the bag that my mask came in so I could have it replaced with the identical one. First have to tell you that I live 1 and 1/2 hours from this place. When I showed the 2 Older women at the front desk they told me I never got my mask from them when I said that I did they actually yelled at me and said they didn't sell that type of mask. 1 they don’t answer their phone, they do not check their voicemails and they do not call anyone back. There are two elderly women who work at the front who are quite likely incompetent. Or really just don’t care about the company or their jobs. We’ve called and gone there multiple times. Complained about the machine (second CPAP machine) from this company. They are not inexpensive. Don’t leave a voicemail and expect anything from this company. Apparently, the staff do not answer or view or recall voicemails. It didn’t seem Like the staff person Who shared this information with me was particularly busy because it took like a full minute and a half for her to get off her own personal phone to even acknowledge that I was in the store. I was informed that the staff are far too busy or don’t care about clearing their voicemail, or even using it. So don’t expect a voicemail to be replied to, just a heads up.
Please don't respond (Owner) to this review because this is one of many reviews that mention poor customer service for people who Attempt to call this Pembina Hwy location. Your cut and paste answer is disrespectful for the future Medigas customers.
No wonder they are losing business and only have 1 in Wpg. They do not answer the phones and cut you off when they do. Thank goodness for Medigas.
