Vital Aire in Orillia is the best. Have been associated with them for 6 years for Oxygen Therapy. Chelsea is excellent, caring, understanding ,always willing to help and go that step beyond. Thanks to all the staff at Vital Aire for your dedication and kindness.
Crystal was EXCELLENT - most helpful, knowledgeable and well organized. She helped my husband get set up for in-house and ambulatory oxygen very quickly. We had just returned from ER on Friday evening and she was very prompt in arriving with all the equipment! Many thanks to Crystal!
Always attentive and caring about my needs. Service is always kind and speedy. The main admin, Meaghan, that basically runs the place is the nicest woman I've met and extremely knowledgeable about all the devices they sell. She made the process of starting CPAP therapy extremely painless and not intimidating.
Crystal was great. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all my questions. So glad I chose VitalAire!
The Orillia staff provide excellent service. I deal with Megan and Dan most of the time, but all staff provide a high level of service. At one time, my concentrator quit at 10:30 p.m. on a weekend and within one hour, I had a new one in place. I couldn't ask for better service or such a caring group.
