After finding out how badly I needed a CPAP and how upset I was, Carys made me feel relieved and explained all the details. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. Yes it's pricey, but I feel so much better and I've only been on the machine since February 2021. Very patient and friendly people there. I have no issues whatsoever. Thank you again Ladies!
Trying to give your money away to this kind of company makes me sick. No customer service. No concern for customers time. Good luck finding a service provider in Belleville.
My husband finally figured out that he needed a CPAP machine after months of me nagging at him about his snoring and the fact that he stopped breathing consistently during his sleep. Vital Aire was awesome in helping him find the right mask and the right settings on his machine. Ashley was really patient and helpful, and explained everything we needed to know in a way we could understand easily. We would recommend this office if anyone needs help with sleep apnea equipment, sure nice to deal with someone who cares!
I had a terrible experience with this facility with the ordering of a CPAP machine and the purchase of a CPAP mask. After waiting over 6 weeks for paperwork to clear their head office; I finally took all my paperwork to another supplier Quinte CPAP and had my new machine in 45 minutes. The mask they sold me was the wrong headband size and created problems for me which they denied. I have since purchased a larger size headband somewhere else and have no more probIems with my mask.
