I had the misfortune of being referred to VitalAire for a sleep Apnea test. I went through the sleep test and diagnosed with severe Apnea. I was offered an inferior machine which I refused and said I wanted a well known brand of ResMed. I paid a very high premium price to them for my supposedly brand new AutoSense 11. The technician set it up and I never heard from them other than me getting a hose replaced under warranty. Absolutely brutal in lloydminster. Been fighting for an appt for half a year now. I shouldn't have to beg them for an appt when I have a referral. That building is a waste of money, paying people inside who don't do a single thing it seems like. Go else where!!! I've been warning doctors to avoid requisitions to this location.
Telephone service can be improved, but the staff is very informative and knowledgeable.
Always good service and information.
