Extremely difficult. to get thru to Cranbrook BC office . Have been trying all morning .
I phoned 3 weeks ago to get some cannulas sent to me. I have a stationary concentrator through the home oxygen program with healthcare. The lady said she’d send them right out. Even said she’d send new tubing as I have never changed it. Two weeks later I phone back to find out nothing was sent. I again asked for what I needed. I was assured it would be sent by fedex the next day. I even got a call the next day from the woman to confirm it was with fedex. She assured I’d receive it last Friday or today at the latest. Buyer beware, this company or staff do not know anything about their equipment, they don’t directly bill for supplies like mask cushions etc…. Under $1000 but even with proof from insurance covering supplies etc… they expect you to pay up front. Funny they’ll be quick to sell you a machine and mask but is useless if you can’t even get the mask and supplies that you need for it because it’s under $1000.
