VitalAire has been a pleasure to work with as they have helped my mom with her CPAP machine and now she sleeps soundly and better than ever. They are extremely informative and always available to help. Eric is very professional throughout the process and it truly shows how passionate and caring he is for his clients. I would recommend to anyone without question.
What a scam! VitalAire charges this mandatory fee they call Ontario Therapy Activation Package @ $349. You can't opt out of it and it's for nothing more than giving you a machine. OHIP doesn't cover it, health benefits do not cover it.. You get to be on the Hook 100% for this fee. They don't tell you about it until you get the bill and your benefits provider has declined it. Took me three months to get my product after I paid. Staff not helpfull and nobody there cares
Disappointed with my visit. When I arrived, I was required to wear a mask, even though the mask mandate has been removed for some time. When I went into the office, there was a young lad there with no mask on! I was required to wait in a waiting area, and could not even look at the masks or equipment that was outside of that area. I spent 385.00 to get a new mask and hose, and the girl there was not the friendliest of people.
