The moment I walked in the door, the older Kate looked Ike I was interrupting something she and the young lady were doing and spoke sharply and rude. This the second time I’ve been in to replace my husbands mask. They did not have it in stock and could not tell me how ling it would take to come in, that was November 8 and I still have not heard from them. And it’s the end of December. I’m not impressed with this branch of Vital Aire I may have to look elsewhere to get the service I would expect from a business.
Fast and friendly service. Will shop here again.
Friendly and knowledgeable
I'm actually having an issue with my resmed airsense right now but will call on Monday to see what they can do with it. My experience with them however was wonderful. The lady that has been looking after my needs and set me up initially with my new machine was and is wonderful. To me this type of treatment and attention to detail is worth more than money.
