Outstanding care and guidance in the use of the CPAP equipment was provided by Clinical Sleep Consultant Svetlana. The lady very obviously knows her business and focusses on imparting that knowledge to her patients. Dropped the first respiratory clinic my referring doctor sent me to becase I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. VitalAire and Svetlana are everything the first clinic wasn't.

The lady was SO helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me out when I wasn’t even a client of theirs. I can’t say enough good. Thank you.

All these companies are trying to run like doctors offices... which they are not. I have been on CPAP for years and I do appreciate their attention to detail, however, if I am just picking supplies up, please just get it to me. Stop messing around with appointments. I really hate that they are not straight forward in their dealings. So high marks for my initial visit, but low marks for actively trying to milk my time and money.
