My initial visit to this practice seemed to go OK they explained the different types of packages they had regarding body slimming. I decided to go with a package that gave you four sessions with two body parts. This was a one time package or at least that’s what I thought, until the next month I was charged again without my permission. Initially this place was amazing, but it went down hill fast! I was charged for services and never received them and I am unable to get in contact with anyone.
Immediately greeted. Nice and clean lobby. I was walk through the whole process of the facial the whole time and even ended up buying some products. Will come back in a month! I forgot who helped me but she was helpful with every question I had.
Vital moved the appointment date three times, then I was told to try someone else. A lot of my time was wasted.
