Love this place. Clean , fast affordable
I hesitate to say how great this place is because I don’t want it to get too busy :). But it is facts…they are great to work with and care about you and your animal.
So glad these guys were open at the time my dog needed emergency help with stitches. They were nice, and ready to help. Very disappointed the medication they prescribed was the wrong dose and made my dog very sick. Was even more disappointed they were impossible to get ahold of. They are only open Friday/sat/sunday. Wish we would have looked at this first before taking her there. We called/texted left multiple messages and never got a response. Not even a return call. Kate and the staff are great
Our cat, Salem, had been diagnosed with advanced cancer just a week earlier when he suddenly lost the ability to walk and was in severe pain despite strong medication. We were heartbroken but knew it was time to say goodbye. After calling several other veterinarians to no avail, Vital took us in immediately.
