I took my cat Mr. Bojangles to vital vet to be desexed in May, one week later he was run over by a car and died. Three days after he died, i received a call from vital vet to say I haven't paid my account, I was adamant that I had, It was the rudest phone call I've ever had, from a man, I think His name was Barry or Bryan When I emailed through proof of payment from10 days prior and politely detailed the way I was Treated, I never received an apology.
