5 stars I had a great experience at vital Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The wait time was minimal, and I appreciated how clean and organized the facility was. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I left feeling reassured and well cared for. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of prompt medical attention. I saw Chanrecle Rumpasard as my provider.
I came in for treatment regarding my eye and I was treated quickly and very nicely. The girls up front were courteous and professional; the Nurse Practioner that saw me was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I would definitely recommend.
I was very impressed with the care I received. I was listened to carefully as I described my symptoms (difficulty breathing, coughing) and an X-ray of my lungs was taken right away to see what was going on. Considering how unwell I felt, I could tell immediately I was in good hands! Hats off to both Mara Cijulus and Nerlyn who both interacted with me in a very kind and professional manner. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
I chose this facility because of its reviews and it did not disappoint! The visit was quick and painless, everyone was super nice and helpful. Chan was quite informative. They don’t accept Anthem insurance but the visit was worth paying out of pocket.
