I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing quick, professional medical attention. I had an incredible experience at this Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff and the doctor were amazing. Beyond the quick service, the staff and the doctor were so easy to talk to; the human connection here is what sets them apart. I had a great experience at this clinic. I didn't have an appointment, but they welcomed me and took care of my wound right away. They were very careful while removing my sutures and made sure everything was healing correctly. Great pricing for self-pay patients. I’m very grateful for their help!
I'm 84 years old. I came for care of an infected skin tear on Good Friday afternoon when no other wound care was available. Nurse Summer and APRN Raazia Khan did a wonderful job, gentle (didnt hurt!) thorough and encouraging. I am better now. I am recommending them to all my friends in the area!
Yesterday was a great day at vital Urgent care the nurse practitioner was very professionally and cautious because of my condition I would not go into it right now. I don’t wanna make this too long, but she knew exactly what she were doing, but I would say this my Transplant team would have been very proud of her if they could have meet her cause she followed all of the rules that they told me to always listen to. I had a very good experience here. A lot of the other doctors and urgent cares that I visited were really quick to throw antibiotics at me with my repeating symptoms didn’t really try to find the root cause of my issues. She took her time, patient, very thorough, listened to my concerns and didn’t rush me. I felt well taken care of and comfortable despite my nerves. Space was very clean and inviting. Super nice front desk lady as well.
