I spent about 2-3 months working with Lyndsay at Vital Steps for a compression based injury of the peroneal nerve behind the knee, I was diagnosed with "foot drop". I'm impressed by the staff. Love the gym, super clean and neat environment. Definitely going to tell my friends about it. Was planning on actually going to another gym but this one caught my attention more....
