I sent in a request almost 3 months ago and still have not received my kids birth certificate. The first sent it out without our apartment number on it even though it was in the information supplied to them so it was returned. They said they sent it back out but as of today still nothing and it was supposedly sent out weeks ago. Gentleman was very helpful, professional and nice,unfortunately I have to send away for a document but the help he gave me... top notch, can't say enough.
I was told to come if any mistakes in birth certificate Was made, I went in and the woman was incredibly rude and ARGUED with me about how MY SONS name is spelt. I did not come in to ask for your opinion, I’m here TELLING you there was a mistake. I literally can’t even describe the frustration and anger this woman caused me meanwhile it’s in the middle of the police station and you can not defend yourself to the verbal harassment she CHOOSES to berate you with about the mistakes made in YOUR CHILDS birth certificate.
