Gentleman was very helpful, professional and nice,unfortunately I have to send away for a document but the help he gave me... top notch, can't say enough.
I was told to come if any mistakes in birth certificate Was made, I went in and the woman was incredibly rude and ARGUED with me about how MY SONS name is spelt. I did not come in to ask for your opinion, I’m here TELLING you there was a mistake. I literally can’t even describe the frustration and anger this woman caused me meanwhile it’s in the middle of the police station and you can not defend yourself to the verbal harassment she CHOOSES to berate you with about the mistakes made in YOUR CHILDS birth certificate. First and for most the lady who answers is completely rude! You can tell shes older but that is NO reason to belittle someone. I was basically called irresponsible for not updating my ID in the middle of a pandemic lock down! Then told it is my responsibility and my obligation to update a State ID it's there on the back (with a snarky tone) I know Binghamton sucks but don't take it out on me! I left for a reason lol
