I’ve had the headphones for under two months and they’re already broken (that’s $122.14 down the drain including $13 in shipping, which is ridiculous). There is no information on the website about returning or exchanging them. I tried contacting them through their online form, but, seeing as I never got a response to other questions I sent, I’m doubting I will get a response. Really disappointed and may just call my bank to dispute the transaction since there doesn’t appear to be another option.

I am truly shocked by their response time and their speed of delivery! Such a great product and company!
Vital Sounds sent us our headphones in a package that was beat up and crushed. We contacted them about this and they ignored us. Often the mp3 player crashes and simply won't play the music, You have to shut it off and/or take out the cartridge several times to get it going again. Since our son dislikes the music anyways this just makes it harder for him to comply.
