Very disappointed in this office. I haven’t been going to this office for very long but this was my second time looking for someone that can figure out my sleep issues. I showed up to my appointment just to be told they couldn’t see me unless i paid almost $450. I was never made aware of this before hand. I live 35 minutes away and work a M-F job so in order for me to make it i have to leave work early. When discussing the situation they did not seem to care. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Vanguru and her sleep care team. Dr. Vanguru was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment options, making me feel heard and confident in my care. Her staff was equally outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in through follow-up. The entire process was well organized and supportive. I truly appreciate their compassion and expertise and would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality sleep apnea care.
Vital sleep care is a great resource, however the office manager Katie is going to be the demise of the office. The rest of the staff is helpful and kind. Katie is very rude and not helpful at all when it comes to new patients with questions. I will never recommend this place because of her. I will also recommend after your sleep study find another place to purchase equipment. All you need it your prescription results.
Everyone is friendly. They all explain things so clearly .
