BEWARE- My daughter was dropped from services because a caregiver made false complaints about our pets (our dogs were crated/locked in a separate area of the house)none of which were investigated the caregiver that made the allegations had only worked 1 4hr shift with my daughter she was not friendly and very little help. the caregiver we had previously was never contacted to see if there was any validity to these accusations and no one from the agency came out to our home to investigate or discuss the situation instead they... read more
