I’ll highly recommend this rental service to anyone looking for rental car in and around Melbourne. Neel here at the reception is super friendly and very supportive, had an amazing experience by renting a car from here. It was an amazing experience overall.

We had such a great experience renting a car from vital.The entire process was easy and straightforward, the car was clean, comfortable and reliable throughout the whole rental period. The team was very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated their excellent customer service esp. from Neil and how smoothly everything was handled. It made having the rental car for long term completely stress-free. Highly recommended, and we would definitely rent from them again!
