Operator that answers the phone is rude and not very helpful.
After months and months of trying to find out why I have not received my child’s new birth certificate it was only Melissa who took her time to help track down where all my documents were and what was needed for them to finish processing it. Give Melissa a raise! Please. 3 stars for how long this took to resolve. 5 stars to Melissa. The real MVP!
After three and a half months of back and forth waiting for my sons birth certificate, I called them for a fourth time and they FINALLY told me that they sent it to the wrong address. Now copies of my son’s birth certificate are floating around somewhere unknown and the office told me that sometimes “orders get mixed up.” Orders of clothes and items get messed up, not orders from the office of vital statistics. They acted like they were doing me a favor by sending me comped copies as if I didn’t pay them and THEY messed up.
