Like so many others report here, Ive sent a moneyorder on two different occasions for copies of my birth certificate. The most recent sent over 4 months ago . They required a money order so no way to get my money back or to track it. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Waiting for a legal document can be a drag. However with David on this team, this office made it as painless as possible!
If having issues with birth certificate it’s better if come in person they will explain process, there OPEN 10AM-5PM. Everybody’s nice and helpful was having my doubts about coming here with all bad reviews but I risked it and I drove 5 hours, but they took care of me THANK YOU
They messed up my husband last name in the records. He has all the documents to show what his name is. They still talking about we can't accept any of them we need things from your birth certificate but the birth certificate is what they messed up. He lost his a long time ago which is why we were here in the first place, to get a new one. When it came it was messed up. My husband 50 years old. You gonna tell him he don't know his name . All the records is his the same department they are in.
