Vital Records Control bought out our previous service carrier. We received no notification of this transaction. One day, we started receiving messages from a VRC stating that we owed them money. We thought they were spam emails. After many calls, we found that VRC bought out our former service company. Our invoices more than doubled. The corporate office did not communicate with the local office for our residential shredding needs. Our experience communicating with VRC was terrible, but the service itself was handled efficiently. I’d be cautious to work again with them.
