I cannot recommend this company to my worst enemy. They consistently fail with communication. They don't advise when they are making changes to your billing. You have to initiate all contact in order to have them follow-up. Customer service is non-existent with this company. Canceling service is a drawn-out process. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.

The worse company ever. We have been trying to close our account with them and they keep billing us for nothing. They have not done any work for us for six months, but they keep billing us and customer servicer is non existant. Saty awat from this company.
Businesses considering using a records management and shred service - BEWARE of VRC. If we could give this company a ZERO star rating, we would, but must in order to make this company's HORRID customer service public.
