I fired you six months ago. You picked up the bin in January. Now you invoice me for a third time when no services were completed. What part of this is hard to understand?
If I could no stars I would. They double my price and cannot get a person to respond to my calls. They never answer the phone
Absolutely despicable company. They increased our bill by over 100% claiming it was due to a "tough year." There is no explanation, just a minimal fee required now. When I called and emailed to ask for an explanation of the "minimum fee", there was none to give. I received a rude email back.
Awful company.
The service is was good and the people who come to shred are so nice. However, when you cancel they will continue to bill you. I have called 3 times and they say it has been cancelled, yet we are still getting bills 3 months after cancellation. Crossing my fingers this time they have actually cancelled our ACH. We shall see!
