You find out a lot about a company when things go wrong. Vital Records is a perfect example of a company to stay away from. Been trying to close out an account for a long time now, without success. I cannot access my records there, they won't let me. We have to wait until we get a final invoice, which they say will take 90 days. All we have are very simple records, it does not take much. This is the worst run business ever. Never show when we schedule them. Never call to inform us the driver won't show. Never call to reschedule. The dispatchers are idiots. The office staff is clueless. The supposed supervisor Michelle Owens could care less about losing a customer. Save your money and go elsewhere. CAROLYN FROST KEENAN COMPANY

Don't bother trying to get an email returned or someone on the phone. They also don't keep good records of what you send them. They'll loose boxes / items in their warehouse or wherever there kept

They increased my annual contract fee and when I called the phone number on my contract, the nice lady gave me another number to call. She said it was their sales/contract department that I needed to talk to. I called that department multiple times and left messages for the representative to call me back and still didn't hear back from them. 1st call was on Jan 8th, 2024, was told that the rep was on another line and will call me back, I didn't hear back for a week. Fired this company in September 2022 but they kept billing us and even billed us for one month that they admitted doing nothing but it was their minimum. If I could give them a negative rating I would. New company is half the price and much easier too deal with.
