These people are delightful and I was in and out fast. Couldn’t have gone any better.
If I could give zero or a negative review I would. Last week I ordered B.C. for my father(4) and (3) for my self. On Monday I found out I needed additional documents so I went to Jeff City records office in person. I needed B.C. for my mother(4) and a marriage statement for my sister. After 2+ hours the guy came to the window and handed me the documents and payed for them. Got in my car checked my documents and they gave me the wrong marriage statement.
