If I could give zero or a negative review I would. Last week I ordered B.C. for my father(4) and (3) for my self. On Monday I found out I needed additional documents so I went to Jeff City records office in person. I needed B.C. for my mother(4) and a marriage statement for my sister. After 2+ hours the guy came to the window and handed me the documents and payed for them. Got in my car checked my documents and they gave me the wrong marriage statement. Good luck giving them info over the phone. Have called 5 days straight. Spoke to someone on 4 of them but always an excuse as to why they can’t take down my addtl info. One of the days it was a busy signal all day…meaning they simply took the phone of the hook. They seem kind and courteous but can’t seem to get a simple task done. Reading other reviews they need a revamp of management! Years ago it was a quick and easy process!
I live in Minnesota were we are Minnesota nice but I was born in MO. I drove down to Jefferson City to obtain my birth certificate and I was an hour early from when the vital records dept. was opening and the fella behind the counter was professional, kind, and completed my request to get a certified BC, in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you for the exceptional customer services, Missouri Kind!
We arrived before it was opened. They waited on us, very professional. I was impressed in all the great ways.
They answered all my questions and helped me double-check my information. I actually called 3 times and each time they were super nice.
