Staff is incredibly rude. Extremely long wait times for requested documents. Worst vital record state I’ve had to deal with.
They are the dumbest and really rude, we had an adoption finalized in December and they messed up on the name. Then they tell me I have to pay another $15 for them to fix their mistakes.
Length of time required for processing death certificate corrections and mail in orders is unacceptable and concerning with today's technology, and has been for years. This has a direct impact on grieving families and does not reflect a service-oriented approach to the public. Current leadership of this office, all over two years, some over 20 years, has failed or has an unwilling attitude to address the long-standing operational failures. Some forms do not even contain a phone number!! I would give a ZERO if I could.
