Horrible! Ordered my birth certificate and never received it. No heads up, no email or anything. HORRIBLE
So my dog ate my birth certificate and Because I was adopted they can’t give me a New one I have been screwed around and it’s pissing me off fix this asap

I received the wrong birth certificate, none of the information matched mines other than the first and last name. Now I have to cancel my vacation with no refund!
ZACH, BROOKE, and CALEB Ordered a long form bc (birth certificate) and my mother"s name was spelled incorrectly under INFORMANT BUT, spelled correctly under MOTHER which means the typo is on the end of who created the document. Called and spoke with ZACH back in November (over a month ago) who specifically said a court order may be needed but would also "look into" what he could do and if no court order needed then would send a replacement.
