They answered all my questions and helped me double-check my information. I actually called 3 times and each time they were super nice.
This place is stupid just cause i was missing one thing on the affadavit to add myself to my daughters birth certificate they said i had to get the paperwork renotarized again instead of letting me get a pen and filling it out right then and there drove 3 hours to get it done faster and they give me that bs
Same experience as the Zero Stars!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I requested a copy of my daughter’s birth certificate back in January. They did not notify me that they weren’t done processing the information, so when I received it only my daughter’s and my own information were on it, not my husband’s. I called them and they told me I would have to start the process over in 6-8 weeks to get a new one, as that was when they estimated they would have the parental affidavit completed.
