I recently ordered the device, but haven't received it for weeks (it hasn't even shipped) and they have not replied to my emails.

I think it may have helped with pain in my legs. I've been using it twice a day since June. What I don't like is that if you use the timer you are unable to use the phone so I have an egg timer that I use. I believe if the intensity was a little bit higher than the 70% that it is now that it might help better
I ordered over a month ago and still have not received the machine. I tried calling but can not ever get anyone to answer.
