Kristen is excellent! She’s detailed, thorough and focuses to resolve the cause of an issue/pain. Her Myofascial work is therapeutic and works to bring lasting relief. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Kristen is very well skilled and knowledgeable about the body and what it needs to feel better. She asks well thought out questions that provide a great experience. I highly recommend her! And she has a great energy.
Kristen is warm and friendly, and listens to your needs. She was able to really work on the sore spots and at the same time made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend.
